Fenner Wind is a 30 MW wind power plant located in Madison County, New York. The plant began operating in 2001 and utilizes a single generator consisting of onshore wind turbines. The primary fuel source is wind (WND). The facility is owned by Enel, an Italian multinational, and operated by CHI Energy Inc. Fenner Wind interconnects to the New York Independent System Operator (NYISO) balancing authority and is within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NPCC) NERC region.
